You will be expected to support a broad range of marketing activity across several different brands including Clarke and Pulman, Rufford’s Country Store, Garstang Tyre Services and MHFL Equestrian Distribution, targeting a variety of audiences. Attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness, the ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure is essential in the role. You will be required to work closely with various department managers to produce effective and engaging content.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a broad understanding of marketing and communications within a dynamic and growing business; experience in digital advertising and preferably Google and Facebook pay-per-click campaign management, knowledge of graphic design software is also preferred.

You will need the desire to develop your skills beyond those achieved from your education and working experience and the confidence to find solutions and work on your own initiative. Your main duties and responsibilities will include social media management, coordination of print media and working with our associated brands to produce targeted campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be involved in the planning, delivery and evaluation of internal marketing campaigns across all businesses, helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans, measuring their effectiveness, collecting data and producing reports.

You will be required to travel between three sites so will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Salary is dependent on experience.


Due to recent planned expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Group Aftersales Manager to join a busy and dynamic dealership.

You will facilitate the efficient operation of both the Service and Parts departments, throughout all of our depots.

The ideal candidate will have good mechanical awareness or understanding of machinery and parts; possess excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills; offer flexibility in their approach and the ability to work as part of a team as well as possessing high levels of integrity and drive to succeed. The ideal candidate would have a successful track record in enhancing sales and profits, managing stock rotation, labour utilisation and a background in agriculture, however candidates from other industries will also be considered. The position will suit an individual who is ambitious and wants to develop their career within a modern, professional and expanding business. This is a senior role within the company reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Management Team.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Based at Garstang Depot)

This exciting opportunity involves the promotion and sales of our extensive range of tractors and machinery. You will be required to visit customers in your given area and build strong customer relations throughout the territory to fully succeed in the promotion and selling of our brands. This fantastic opportunity will give you the chance to increase your knowledge area and work within a modern and expanding agricultural company.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and performance driven, have an agricultural background and previous experience working as a sales representative. As you will be working with the public, a positive, friendly and professional manner is of high importance. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
