AGCO POWER is the global leader in offroad engines and the factory manufacturers over 70 000 engines a year.The up-to date reliable 8.4 AWF AGCO POWER engine is the key to the productivity of the S Series. The engine uses the latest AGCO POWER technology with the service-free Hydraulic Lash Adjustment (HLA) and it complies with the Tier 4 final, Stage 4 emissions standard. The same technology also ensures the reliability of the engine without any increase in operating costs. AGCO POWER’s SCR technology was introduced with the S Series back in 2008, making it the fi rst tractor in the world to feature this technology. Then new model S394 gives up to 24 kW more power to be in your use in stationary PTO use or in heavy pulling.

Fuel efficiency
The fuel efficiency of the S Series tractors has always been good. The 8.4 AWF AGCO Power engine on the new S Series reduces fuel consumption even further, by 5%.
SigmaPower
When you need more power for the PTO or hydraulics, the engine’s electronic management system boosts output by as much as 10% – up to 400 horsepower on the biggest S Series tractors.

Valtra tractors can work in both directions, significantly increasing productivity (by up to 15%). Switching to the TwinTrac reverse-driving position is fast and easy. An adjustable steering column and pedals are located at the rear of the cab. All other controls are on the Valtra ARM, which rotates with the seat.FUSE open system
